Screen Printing
Screen Printing is used primarily on tees and polos and is done through a screen process where ink is applied through a stencil that is within fabric that is stretched over a frame. Screen printing can be a 4 colour process or spot colours.
Plastisol Printing
Plastisol Transfers are a thicker print when logos or images are detailed. The plastisol displays a clear finish on the garment and is often done on caps, apparel and bags.
Embroidery
Embroidery is the process of stitching a logo onto a fabric surface. The logo that is to be embroidered is digitized and then colour-matched to the cotton used in the machine to embroider. The more complex the logo the more stitch-count it has, which ultimately increases the price. The minimum height for text is 5mm for embroidery.
Decal Printing
Commonly used on coffee mugs and other glassware. The logo or art is pre-printed then fired onto the item. There are two options for decal printing which is half wrap and full wrap.
Sublimation/Dye Sublimation
Sublimation is a printing process where heat is used to generate a smooth full colour image on an item. This can be done on banners, mousemats, mugs and apparel.
Offset Printing
Traditional method of print used for POS material and is a 1-4 colour process printing.
Pad Printing
Pad printing is the process of stamping a logo onto an item that has a curved or irregular surface. A custom pad is used for printing and up to 7 spot colours can be printed depending on the item. Pad printing is mostly done on pens, golf balls, and other small promotional items.
Laser Engraving
Fine engraving of Logos into metal and some plastic products. Your design is cut out of a hard surface, usually glass, metal, or wood. Your design appears as the material color beneath the surface.
Debossing
Debossing is a decoration method to stamp the logo into a material surface. It is usually used on vinyl or leather products and can also be colour filled.
Foil Stamping
A metallic stamp decoration method used commonly on vinyl and leather products. Foil stamps can be done in gold and silver.
Engraved Enamels
Coloured enamel plates that are engraved. The plate can be attached to an item with an adhesive.
Epoxy Domes
The logo is printed on paper which is under a high gloss acrylic dome, commonly used in lapel pins.
Metal Medallions
A process where the logo is stamped into a metal plate, which can then be fixed to the item.
Rubber patch
A moulded rubber patch that has a 3D effect that can be attached to apparel, headwear and bags.
