Production

The production of your order with Hotfrog is managed by experienced promotional production members with industry experience. You will approve artwork before any production commences and you will receive what you have approved.

We ensure that what we deliver is of acceptable quality and systems are in place to check all orders before they reach you.

The HotFrog process:

1. Contact the FROG
2. We answer your request and collect a brief
3. A Presentation of ideas are sent to you
4. You select what you like
5. We quote the items of interest
6. You confirm your preferences
7. We Hop the order into production
8. Approvals of artwork for the items are obtained before full production commences
9. Goods inspected and then delivered to your specified destination
10. Invoice issued to you

We then follow up to see how the promotion/event went and collect your feedback. We want to know how things go and the results of your promotions as your brand is just as important to us as it is to you.
